These services support families through the different stages and challenges of parenting, providing clear guidance and practical help when life gets demanding. They also offer the opportunity to share experiences, to learn and to feel you’re not alone.
Welcome Baby Program
At the birth of a baby, new parents in the community can receive, upon request a kit containing useful information, resources, and small gifts.
Afterwards, we reach out with a phone call to congratulate them, to find out how they are doing and offer support through our range of services.

Parents & Tots Group
For children aged 0–5 years and their parents
The Parents & Tots group meets weekly in a warm and well-equipped space. These gatherings provide a great opportunity to meet new families and socialize.
Every Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and two Saturdays per month from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
No registration required. Just come and join us at the MFRC!
Individual Support
An individualized approach that takes into account the specific challenges parents face in their daily lives.
This type of support may include:
- Assistance with searching for and integrating daycare services.
- Guidance for special needs children.
- Developmental and educational advice for children.
- In-depth analysis of family issues and relationship dynamics.
- A concrete action plan to meet parents’ and children’s needs.
- An unplanned one-on-one meeting providing listening, advice, or additional services.
- Tailored strategies to improve communication, emotional management, and parental decision-making.
